Kobe Steel, Ltd. announced a director candidate who will serve as a substitute Audit & Supervisory Committee Member in its executive changes announced on March 20, 2018 for discussion at the 165th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 21, 2018. Kobe Steel now announces that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, it decided to change the director candidate who will serve as a substitute Audit & Supervisory Committee Member.
