Kobe Steel, Ltd. decided at its Board of Directors meeting held today on the candidates for directors, which will be discussed at the 165th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled in late June. The directors will be selected at the Board of Directors meeting to be held after the shareholders meeting.
