Kobe Steel announces share buyback results and completion of share buyback program
Purchase of shares pursuant to the provisions of Article 165, paragraph 2 of the Companies Act and Articles of Incorporation

Kobe Steel, Ltd. announces the results of the buyback of its shares pursuant to the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act, where they are applied by replacing the phrases pursuant to the provisions of Article 165, paragraph 3.
The buyback of the shares pursuant to the resolution at the Board of Directors meeting held on July 28, 2015 has been completed. Details of the purchase follow below.
